Our client, a large recruitment software company are currently looking to recruit an Account manager to join their expanding team.
You will provide Account Management to their existing client base, acting as the liaison between client and all internal departments within the company.
This will include demonstrating and advising clients of latest product enhancements, preparing proposals, negotiating orders and project managing implementation of orders, establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships. You will also be scoping and successfully delivering complex IT solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
· A background in the IT industry / Recruitment Industry or an IT-based qualification is desirable.
· Knowledge of recruitment software products, including an understanding of basic configuration.
· Experience of a customer facing or customer services role preferably within a technical or recruitment environment.
· Experienced in conducting client meetings and in negotiating with clients is also desirable.
