Job description

Our client is a private executive jet operator who own and charter the fastest business jets in operation, providing their clients with the most comprehensive tailor-made service available.

 

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to become a PR Agent for this exciting business, working with the existing team to promote and sell the private jet charter service.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop a high level of knowledge about the company’s service through assisted training, working closely with the internal team to gain industry and company knowledge, promoting good relations and team working.

·         Handle quote requests over the phone, via email and the web.

·         Speak with clients before during and after a quote has been made, to fully understand their requirements and identify opportunities to up sell concierge services.

·         Be pro-active in developing relationships with current clients and brokers.

·         Identify and develop potential clients for the company through telesales activity.

·         Address client requirements and expectations in a timely manner, ensuring that all client requirements are communicated accurately and that all feedback to clients is performed in a clear, accurate and professional manner.

·         Input ideas of PR and Marketing activity to promote the unique and tailor-made service.

·         Complete relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve bonuses, make recommendations for the necessary course of action to achieve optimum results.

 

Skills & Experience:

Applicants should possess the following qualities;

·         An organised and adaptable professional with drive and enthusiasm along with a proven record in selling services.

·         A bright, imaginative and articulate individual who can communicate at senior levels.

·         Mature and very hard working with great drive and hunger, able to work independently and with strong team ethics.

·         Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a strong telephone manner.

·         Excellent PC and Internet skills.

·         Good geographical awareness and numeric skills.

 

The successful candidate will be able to earn a basic salary of £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, with an estimated OTE of £35,000 - £45,000, and 24 days holiday.
