Our client is a provider of software solutions directed at the recruitment market.
They are looking to appoint a Business Development Executive to join the current team of 4, working in their office in London.
The successful candidate will be expected to generate business through the building of relationships with new and existing agencies. You will have at least 1 year’s sales experience, possibly within a recruitment environment.
In addition to this, the ideal candidate will thrive on developing new business through outbound calls, client meetings and networking events. A strong telephone manner, good presentation skills and being a self motivated team player are also essential attributes.
You must also be competent with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook and have good organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be able to earn an £18,000 basic salary with up to £40,000 OTE, with a company car scheme and 20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day per year, up to 25 days.
With a smart casual dress code when in the office and a fantastic culture and atmosphere, extensive training will also be offered on the unique product offering.
