An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Manager to join an organisation specialising in developing innovative business technology. As part of a successful privately owned and fast growing group, the company has a high commitment to continuing its impressive growth levels through the internal development of new and existing products.
The successful candidate will join the team based on the outskirts of Luton, and will have a background in Support / Account Management, ideally in an IT / Software Sales environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Customer / Sales Support person to join a dynamic company with unique industry-specific offerings.
Duties will include:
· Maintaining excellent communication throughout the set up process with new Customers
· Liaising with the Sales team and Technical team regarding Customer requirements
· Providing support to new and existing Customers, raising any technical queries with the Technical team
· Ensuring a high level of service is experienced by Customers
· Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services through assisted training
Skills & Experience:
· Very strong level of IT literacy, with an interest in Technology
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· A bright, imaginative and articulate individual who can communicate at all levels
· Able to work independently with strong business acumen
The successful candidate will be able to earn a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per year plus bonus, with a holiday entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays.
