My client is currently recruiting for an HR consultant. You will perform both hands-on and strategic roles in providing human resources expertise in employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organisational development, training and more.
Qualified candidates will have demonstrated competencies in developing unique and creative policies and a high performance culture in a fast paced growth company, in addition to working in the area of benefits & perks development within EMEA.
Responsibilities:
Research and recommend policy development in EMEA.
Ensure existing policies are best in class, legally compliant and supportive of a high performance work environment.
Work with EMEA People Operations team to respond to and drive change based on employee and organisational needs.
Be responsible for the integrity, communication and implementation of the companies policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus extensive policy or strong HR generalist experience.
Ability to engage with Employees and understand their needs.
Ability to work in a collaborative fast pace environment.
Creative problem solving.
Experience of working with new legal entities preferred.
