Our client is a well established multi-national organisation with an eminent position within the IT networking industry. The company has a large presence throughout EMEA and across the world, and due to their continued growth they are currently looking to recruit an Inside Sales Executive to join their offices based in Chertsey, Surrey.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling the company’s high complexity products and solutions via the telephone. This will include qualifying leads, setting appointments for the outside sales team, and managing large numbers of prospects to further grow the business. Ideally Sales Executives will have 2+ years experience of selling over the telephone, with any experience in the IT networking industry a bonus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Outbound calls to prospects
· Cold calling to build up new partner relationships
· Managing and evolving existing partner/customer relationships
· Maintaining a high level of technical understanding in order to answer customer queries efficiently
· Managing an up-to-date contact database
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations via phone and internet to push the sales process
· Arranging appointments for external sales team and engineers
· Closing sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets
Skills and Experience:
· Ability to liaise at all levels within an organisation
· Exceptional telephone skills
· Ability to assimilate information and work pro-actively
· Strong Microsoft skills (to include PowerPoint and Excel)
· Self motivated, but able to work in a team environment
· Ability to manage multiple territories via telephone
· At least 2 year in similar Inside sales role, preferably in an IT environment
· Previous experience of dealing with a variety of customers/partners over the telephone

· Solid understanding of overall business and how to close deals
The Inside Sales Executive will be able to earn a basic salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, with company benefits including 22 days holiday, private healthcare, family travel insurance and a budget for additional benefit options.
