Our client is an independent Estate Agency based in a prime location in St Albans, Hertfordshire. As a forward thinking and modern agency, they have a distinguished reputation for giving great customer service, and due to expansion they require an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.
The successful candidate must have had previous sales experience in an Estate Agency environment, as you will be joining a well established team and must be able to hit the ground running. Candidateswill need to be able to communicate effectively and have the highest standards of customer service and possess a clean driving license. It is imperative that applicants are genuinely self-motivated, energetic, ambitious and have a hunger to succeed in a sales environment.
