Job description

Our client is an innovative specialist residential lettings and management company with a market leading position. Their valued commitment and exceptionally high levels of service to their clients has ensured continued growth. They are looking for a motivated individual with a high level of customer service skills to join their team as an Office Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities -

·         Responsible to the Company Director for Lettings Staff, Senior Administrator and Office Administrator. Supervision of these members of staff in the course of their normal daily duties

·         Attend and supervise morning meetings, daily management of dairy

·          To keep up to date with current legislation and attend ARLA courses

·          Liaison with Technical Manager in updating of property information

·         To liaise with all departments, updating property information and actions required

·         Daily dealing with landlords and tenants to actively maintain working relationships with landlords

·         To deputise for Senior Administrator and Office Administrator when required

 

This position requires experience in an office environment, lettings experience is preferred although full training will be provided.
