Our client is a young and dynamic company offering revolutionary business efficiency tools to the recruitment marketplace. As part of a successful privately owned and fast growing group, the company has a high commitment to continuing its impressive growth levels through the development of new and existing products.

 

An exceptional and exciting opportunity has arisen for a proven Sales Executive to join their team based in Luton, Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will have a recruitment or software sales background, and will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, utilising the existing pipeline and driving forward new business.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting and lead follow up

·         Achieve sales objectives primarily through new business, and sales of additional products to existing customers

·         Manage sales process through product demonstration, negotiation and close

·         Build rapport and be reliable in providing after sales support to maintain a productive and loyal customer base

·         Develop a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services through assisted training, and maintain an understanding of the marketplace and competitive offerings

·         Be an active team member and undertake tasks necessary to drive sales revenue and communicate activities to sales management, in order to help meet company objectives 


 Skills & Experience:

·         A minimum of 3 years business to business sales experience

·         Sales experience in the recruitment industry or software sales background

·         Able to generate new business with a strong telephone manner, and the potential to conduct face to face client meetings

·         Success-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets

·         Smart and professional with great drive and hunger, able to work independently with strong business acumen

·         Excellent PC and Internet skills

 

The successful candidate will be able to earn a basic salary of £24,000 - £25,000 per year, with uncapped commission enabling sales people to exceed the estimated OTE of £45,000. In addition the holiday entitlement is 25 days per year.
